Chef Vikram Shenoy is the mind behind the conceptualization and establishment of Masala Kitchen. A prominent alumni of IHM Mumbai, the top Hospitality Institute of India, he has trained and worked in the best 5-star hotels and stand-alone restaurants in the country and abroad. His father, a yoga instructor and mother, a certified nutritionist have instilled in him the importance of a healthy lifestyle and this belief is reflected in his recipes and cooking. “Our food always has minimum amount of oil and fats, no synthetic flavours or colours and will provide you a healthy, home feeling. The right mix of salt and masalas, without overpowering the soul of the dish is always the goal.”
