Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane, Maharashtra.


What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charges are calculated during check-out after you have added your delivery address including the pin code. The charges will differ based on the area you are ordering from. We are tied up with delivery partners like Dunzo, Shadowfax, Porter and Borzo (formerly known as WeFast) who are fast, reliable, and trustworthy and will ensure deliveries of your orders with care and safety.


How will my order be packaged?

We pack our products with utmost care using the highest level of protective packaging, thus ensuring safe deliveries of your order. We use food grade packaging for all of our dishes.


How can I access the invoice for my products?

A hard copy of the Tax Invoice will be sent with your order. In case you haven’t received it, please email us on


What will be my delivery time?

We offer same-day delivery as well as scheduled delivery. You will be notified once your order is ready to be picked up by the delivery agent. The delivery duration will differ depending on your delivery address.

Please allow extra time for deliveries during rush / peak hours.


How can I exchange or return damaged order?

If you have received a damaged order, you can send us a mail on or directly contact us on +919833976192 via whatsapp or a direct call within 15 minutes of your delivery. During this process, we may require additional information like images and descriptive information on the issue on cooperation of which we will ensure a corrective action is taken.  The resolution will be taken based on management discretion.


What is the process of refund?

If the corrective action offered by the management is a refund, a credit of agreed upon amount will be added in the form of a coupon code / points which can be availed upon your next order.
